Shipping Policy

We ship from Ontario, Canada. Your order will be packaged and processed within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Note that the processing time for custom orders and commissions can be longer, and will be communicated to the customer on an individual basis.


All domestic orders ship via Canada Post Priority, with a tracking number included.


All orders ship via UPS standard, with a tracking number included. Due to large scale postage delays in the USA, we are not able to offer shipping via USPS or untracked options at this time.


Due to the high cost of international tracking, we offer both tracked and untracked options via Canada Post Small Packet. Tracked shipping is highly recommended. The shipping prices displayed are accurate to or even lower than than the true shipping prices quoted by Canada Post. Rising postage costs can be attributed to less international cargo flights running during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We currently ship to Canada, the USA, Europe (including non-EU), and Oceania. We are not currently offering shipping services outside of these zones, due to reccomendations from Canada Post.


There are many countries experiencing large delays in their postal service due to the pandemic. Once the package is dropped off at our local post office, we are no longer responsible for the delays of the postal service. The shipping times listed at checkout are simply estimates provided by the respective postal service. Note that UPS and Canada Post have temporarily suspended all delivery guarantees.

Customs and Import Taxes

We declare the true value of our products, in Canadian dollars, for all orders. This is used for shipping insurance and import law purposes. We cannot falsify the value of your order. The customer is responsible for paying all import fees related to their order according to the laws of their country.
