All prices are in Canadian Dollars ($CAD). Both Paypal and Stripe are able to handle currency conversion during payment.
Custom/Personalised Orders
We accept small variations, for example, a custom shade of stickers, or a custom colour combination. Send us a message if you would like to arrange a custom puzzle. Please allow up to 5 additional days of processing time for creation of your custom puzzle.
Care Instructions
3D printed plastic may not feel as strong as mass-produced plastic. The scratchy, sandpapery feeling is characteristic of 3D printed puzzles. However, these puzzles are not “speedcubes” and are not meant to be turned excessively fast or rough. Please do not attempt to dissassemble your puzzle, and please refrain from tossing it out the window in frustration.
Wholesale Availability
We do not regularly accept orders consisting of more than 5 of the same puzzle. Our items are made to order, and we can only create puzzles so fast without letting our quality drop. Please contact us if you would like to place a large order, we might be able to complete it in exchange for a longer processing time.
Stock
We can only produce certain amounts of products at a time, and cannot guarantee a timeframe in which a product will be back in stock. Some puzzles are limited edition and will never come back. We recommend following us on Instagram to stay on top of new releases.
Can you give me the solution? Are there algorithms?
We believe that it is important for you to find your own solution. There are many different approaches to solving a puzzle, and we do not want to limit you by giving instructions.
A tip: If you are new to puzzles, start by trying to understand how the pieces move around eachother. Don’t think about the individual colours of the stickers.
And please, whatever you do, don’t peel the stickers off.
